‘Peter Boyer sets the gold standard for climate alarmism in the Hobart Mercury in a paean of praise for protesters trying to shut our coal industry:
“
Underlying all these campaigns is a real fear that a protracted coal boom will bring down the curtain on civilisation… We forget that every boom ends in a bust, and every get-rich-quick scheme has losers, in this case all of humanity and its life-support system“…’ Andrew Bolt

drooling idiot or dishonest propagandist?
You decide. This is an account by a woman who covered her hijab with a hat and scarf, and was allegedly “amazed” at how differently she was treated: “Apparently, the type of cloth you place or wrap around your head defines how you will be treated” No, advertising that you belong to an ideology that is implacably opposed to Western culture and values defines how you will be treated, you gibbering idiot. When people see you wearing your subservient head rag, they see things like this. If I went about dressed in a Nazi uniform I’d be treated with suspicion and contempt, too. But at least I’d have the brains to realise that the loathing would be for what that uniform represents – and for the idiocy that prompted me to wear it.
Grow up. And that goes also for the clowns who saw fit to publish your juvenile whine.
Update: And perhaps this might have something to do with how you muslim creeps are regarded?
‘Mohammed Salem Nazari pleads guilty to two charges of indecent assault of seven teenage girls’
“As President, I can do anything I want”
‘The muslim conquest of India’
‘…India’s 1,300-year-old struggle against Muslim aggression has thus evolved from past border invasions and violent skirmishes to today’s internal political battles. As more and more Muslims enter the country illegally, they have gained political clout through alliances with politicians willing to swap votes for favors. In this way, India is turning its back on its Hindu tradition and population to embrace a foolhardy and dangerous future.’ source

A must-have book:
‘Former High Court judge Dyson Heydon, chosen to head the Abbott Government’s royal commission into union corruption, introduces a new book by Professor James Allan in a way that sings to a rationalist and a conservative:
This book stands in the long Anglo-Saxon tradition of controversialist pamphleteering. It is vigorous, energetic, independent-minded and full of boisterous good humour. It has relentless drive. It never loses sight of the main elements of the argument. Those elements centre on the primary threats to majoritarian democracy in the United States and four other states which owe many of their political institutions primarily to the British Isles – the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.
The first threat, which applies to all five, comes from an over-mighty judiciary administering bills of rights, whether expressly created or implied into constitutions. The second threat, for the United Kingdom, is the European Union. The third threat, for all five, is the spreading influence of international law – both treaty law and customary law – and international institutions on domestic constitutions and statutes ¬– a point on which the book is particularly strong. Then there are more darkly veiled threats, like the exploitation of mass immigration for political ends: though electors may choose governments, governments can choose electors…..‘ source

Don’t mention the religion..or the explosives it employs.
SBS is an Australian taxpayer-funded broadcaster that leans as far left as the ABC:
SBS destroys a tape of the Mufti of Australia calling suicide bombers “heroes” to stop viewers getting the “wrong” idea.
The “wrong idea” about these people?
‘..A group of Sunni militants attending a suicide bombing training class at a camp north of Baghdad were killed on Monday when their commander unwittingly conducted a demonstration with a belt that was packed with explosives, army and police officials said…’ source
Certainly, the mufti was wrong to call suicide bombers heroes–they’re merely murdering, fanatical fuckwit followers of islam. Perhaps SBS simply didn’t want the public to realise that the mufti is as stupid as his disciples?
Billy has a word or two to say on the subject…

The fat flat-out liar:
Foreign aid spending could ease global warming-linked extreme weather in Britain, it was claimed today
Communities Secretary Eric Pickles said that if global warming is true then the Government’s ‘sustainable aid’ could have an effect on what happens in the UK.
He dismissed the UK Independence Party’s call for foreign aid money to be diverted to help British flood victims as a ‘populist hit’, adding the response in Somerset did not need the extra cash….’
He also complained that the opportunities for him and his cronies to benefit from corruption would be far fewer, should the government stop robbing taxpayers and giving the money to corrupt politicians in other countries.
ok, so I added the last line.
‘WHO DECIDES?
..No scheme of government that dismisses the metaphysical inviolability of individuals’ natural rights, or that fails to provide stiff constraints upon agencies of pre-indemnified coercion for the protection of those rights, has any claim to legitimacy…’
says Francis Porretto, who nails the question perfectly – as usual.
And this should be inscribed on sheets of sandpaper, rolled up and inserted in the appropriate orifice of every damn statist/collectivist/authoritarian on the planet:
A RIGHT IS NOT A PERMISSION GRANTED BY GOVERNMENT
