Durban: Drafting the West’s death warrant.

And John Key, Julia Gillard, David Cameron are complicit in this. This is the future the Left wants for you and your kids.

Durban: what the media are not telling you
By Christopher Monckton of Brenchley in Durban, South Africa
DURBAN, South Africa — “No high hopes for Durban.” “Binding treaty unlikely.” “No deal this year.” Thus ran the headlines. The profiteering UN bureaucrats here think otherwise. Their plans to establish a world government paid for by the West on the pretext of dealing with the non-problem of “global warming” are now well in hand. As usual, the mainstream media have simply not reported what is in the draft text which the 194 states parties to the UN framework convention on climate change are being asked to approve.
…The contents of this document, turgidly drafted with all the UN’s skill at what the former head of its documentation center used to call “transparent impenetrability”, are not just off the wall – they are lunatic….’

The real charter of the united nations died with Dag Hammarskjöld back in 1961. I thought everyone knew that the UN is now just another feminazi quango with the sole aim of enabling feminists to hijack the planet? In the report you will note that these idiots also want to make the maintenance of a defense force in any country “illegal”. Wonder why that is? Their silly argument is that defense forces contribute to global warming. Sorry folks, but the UN has as much relevance in the 21st century as a pimple on Helen Clarks arse.

  2. mawm says:

    This is very disturbing.

Of course the UN is using the concept that it all the West’s fault and that they must pay for it because all those wonderful democratic African/Middle Eastern/Asian/Island nations, who all gleefully accept Western aid without nary a thought of how the ill-gotten money was earned, are going to support them in any endeavour that will ensure true and everlasting social justice. And so, with a bold stroke of the mighty pen, Kiribati and Bangaladesh will see the seas part and they will be saved from a watery grave, the glaciers in the Himalayas will once again begin their steady march down the hills, and the corals of the seas will be restored to their former majesty.

Those of who know that the ‘global warming’ cartel is the biggest beat up, of all time, have I think been out manoeuvred by traitors who rule our country. There has been nothing in the newspapers re this disastrous UN proposal that will slip through the cracks and we will be saddled with another tax.

It is apparent that the dangerous UN manipulates our elected representatives. They have no idea at how the bureaucrats, Key, Groser, Smith etc are using them.

With what is happening in Durban – we should be very worried!

    November Global Temperature Update Delayed
    December 9th, 2011 by Roy W. Spencer, Ph. D.

An undersea telecommunications cable used to transmit about half of the huge volume of data coming from the Aqua satellite was cut in late November off the coast of the Netherlands, delaying receipt of that data. While there were redundant data transmission capabilities, apparently both failed.

Do you think the Durban conference, has something to do with this Delay!

  5. rivoniaboy says:

Hey Guy’s relax – the conference is being held in the Country where the Minister of Health believed that eating beetroot and garlic, was a cure for Aids.
So I don’t think that we need to panic about anything meaningful coming out of this Conference .
The ANC will have probably lost the minutes of any resolutions passed as the delegates walk out the door. Then go back to blaming Apartheid about rising sea levels.

South Africa isn’t the problem–that’s just the venue. The U.N. can do its evil work anywhere.

“The hard, cold facts are: Without China and India standing up for the entire west – this latest global warming conference would have robbed the entire west of BILLION OF DOLLARS for generations yet to come.”

From that link: “…the Outer Island economies are not even based on money, but rather upon a more nuanced system of social obligations.”

You gotta love them noble savages ;-)

    Good link–thanks for that.
So, the Maldives government is going to build 11 new airports. On islands that are supposedly sinking….
Makes sense. Just as much sense as Al Gore’s buying up of coastal real estate. And Tim Flannery’s house at the water’s edge.
