“She told police she was pretty sure the plants belonged to either one or both of her parents. She called police immediately and it was a good thing she did. She took a stand against drugs,” he said…’
She’d have fitted in well in the old East Germany, where children were encouraged to betray their parents to the Stasi. I hope somebody gives the sanctimonious little bitch a fat lip.

  2. While I disagree with the consumption of weed, it would seem that family loyalty would be a more important principle. To dime out your mom and dad to five-oh seems a bit drastic given the circumstances. I think that there is something more going on here. Mom and Dad likely sanctioned her for something and this is the kid’s payback for punishing her. Girlfriend is definitely a nasty piece of work.

    Now I’m no legal expert but I understand that if you cut some little shit out of your will and give it all to one or other kids,the cut out one can go to court and on the grounds of equity be made an award by the court.
    Worth looking into if you have a shit bag you want getting their paws on your property.

  5. I’ve long thought it an outrage that an effing judge can poke his/her nose into a family’s private business and overturn a will.
    Especially since the person who made the bloody will can’t defend themselves in court.
    (And no person with any self-respect would want what the owner of something didn’t wish them to have.)

It’s my understanding that if you want to cut somebody out of your will and don’t want it overturned on grounds of “fairness”, you need to say why you want them cut out (and it will probably need to be a non-trivial “why”). There may be a couple of other ways: leave it to their kids instead, or else put all your assets in a family trust and leave the black sheep off the list of beneficiaries. That one’s a lot harder for some little douche to get around in a court of law.

        This fairness equality crap has run far too far and is completly out of control. Like I said to the extent of over riding your instructions on the disposal of your own property.It’s theft.
