A CRIMINAL asylum seeker jailed for drug-running has won the right to stay in Australia as a refugee on “character grounds”.
….In a newly published judgment, AAT (Administrative Appeals Tribunal) senior member Anne Britton describes the risk the man will harm the Australian community in the future as “not unacceptable”..’
Nobody elected these bastards, yet they make decisions which put Australians at risk and do so while being themselves utterly unaccountable to us. They’re political appointees, almost exclusively from the left.

    ….he sought refugee status, claiming that while living in China he had been brutally attacked by a fellow student, spent months in hospital, and been too frightened to return to school.
