    I hate to admit to having such an emotional response as this, but a recent appearance by Secretary of Health and Human Services Kathleen Sebelius really did evoke such for me.

    In a very short post I describe the effect she has had. I cannot help but associate with her a very warm and moving film from about 40 years ago. Her coldness and uncaring is so inhuman that the sound of her name is enough to ruin any fond feelings.
