Palm trees and ocean

Wabbit is sitting out on the deck typing this, while looking out over the Coral Sea and drinking beer.
We needed to remind ourselves what water looks like. During the four hour drive to get here we saw only one live kangaroo, lots of dust and dead cows. This drought is now a disaster.

It’s 9:15, about 26c and with a cool sea breeze. I’m wearing a sweater but the tourists are getting around in shorts and t-shirts.
Some of them look very good in shorts (and bikinis) and t-shirts….

As a former Floridian who lived in a retirement town on the Atlantic Ocean, I firmly believe after a certain age, one should never wear swim suits and shorts in public :!:

Of course, if the wife is an ugly bitch like Mrs. Obama, a head to toe burka would be acceptable beach wear :!:

We’ll KG, you could be seeing thousands of dead cows if you were in South Dakota. They got hit with upto 5 feet of snow.
