I would say that Soros *and* the Arabs have a half-share each in Obama.
I’ve often found that many libertarians come across as closet lefties, they don’t share all the beliefs and dreams of lefties but they do share a lot of them. Far too many for comfort.
I don’t know if anyone ‘owns’ obama, one thing i know, he has demonstrated a very disconcerting record of giving the opponents of freedom what they want. At worst he’s owned by them, at best he shares a lot of their goals.
Either way not a good thing for the west.
This is an old piece! Anyway, I think that America has a huge problem with its politicians being there for one reason and one reason only – money, but money in a way that would make even the most corrupt African dictator blush. Take away pork-barreling and lobbying, just call it what it is – bribery, and prosecute those who accept bribes and Washinghton will change on its own. Corruption is the scourge of politics and needs to be delt with severely.
