NZ: ‘Criminals are being given free mobile phones in a bid to stop them reoffending when they get out of jail..’
No, they are NOT “free”…once again, the taxpayer is picking up the tab. And anybody who thinks this clownish initiative will stop lowlifes re-offending is a  fool. But then, foolishness is easy when it comes free of costs and consequences….

    Maybe they should give them free cars and free sex coupons for the local whorehouse, i mean cell phones get old real fast you know and if you don’t have the latest android or some shit like that the crim will feel left out.

    I was also thinking it might be best if the state did the stealing for the crim, i mean wouldn’t it be easier to just take money from the law-abiding and just give it to the scumbags, that’ll be next step…. no wait.

    It’s like when my sawbones tried to tell me a diabetes test was ‘free’. I promptly told him it was not and that MY taxes paid for it and most of his wages.
