Not exactly the Oxford debates, is it? Their “teachers” should be cited for child abuse. And the judges, for fraud.
I take some small comfort from the fact it was theatre, and those “people” are not in fact as much unevolved neanderthals as they appear. From the Fox interview, they are clearly closer to homo-sapien than the debate performance would indicate.
It is small comfort, however, because I despair that such antics could possibly fall within the rules of debate. As KG said, the Judges should be sued for fraud.
