      Michael, I think there were a few highs on the night but that’s definitely one of the key ones. The other main one for me is John Hatfield is out in the Apartheid Seat of the North.

      – Hone, Harre and the fat German are gone
      – Cun(t)life is not our PM and Norman not our minister of finance
      – Winston is not going to wag the dog
      – ACT are facing the consequences of their betrayal
      – Craig’s increasing popularity might give him thought on a proper conservative manifesto and time to work on his political naïveté.
      – NO CGT and no increase in top tax bracket.

    First week with no rain here in awhile,so time to work the lawn over.Got a buddy from work to help me get the grass mowed.Then I set in on edging the side walk and the final chore was trimming the hedges.The %!$^@%&@#%& hedges,not real hedges,no those would be easy,these are half arsed hedges consisting of Azalea bushes.

    I was merrily trimming away when I found out the two middle ones were full of Hornets.Bastards got me good too so off I went to the shed for some aerosol vengeance,no luck nothing but empty cans,so I did the next best thing and used shovel as a fly swatter :twisted: After an insane fit of cursing and swing the shovel over my head beating the hedge flat with the ground I finished the trim job on the remaining three hedges.The Methodists filing into church across the street found it all quite entertaining :mrgreen:
