    • Good pick, mawm :!:

I saw this movie yesterday here in Seattle as soon as it opened (10:20 a.m.) and the early morning viewing was well attended with older veteran looking men like myself.

I give the movie two thumbs up – it’s clearly Clint Eastwood’s best effort as director and perhaps one of the best war movies ever made.

The only thing didn’t like was the lack of commentary about the horrors of Islam, although it did realistically portray degenerate Muslim barbarism like the mother who makes her young son throw a bomb at American troops.

What kind of a mother would do a thing like that :?: Well we all know the answer to that question after 9/11.

You will be happy to know that I have ordered Leftist traitors not to attend this movie on my blog: http://falfn.com/CrusaderRabbit/wp-content/plugins/wp-monalisa/icons/wpml_yahoo.gif

        • My cousin saw this movie tonight and said it did two things, first it made him appreciate even more what sacrifices those who serve make. And two reaffirmed that we are fighting evil and must continue fighting it everyday until eternity.

My brother tried to see it tonight, but ended up watching two other movies instead.AS was playing on three out of six screens at the cinemaplex and all four showings this afternoon/night were sold out to capacity. One of the ushers said he hadn’t seen a movie packed like this in a long time.

          • Kinda gives the lie to Hollywood’s excuse that “there’s no market for patriotic movies” doesn’t it?

  1. Just found two books I wanted in the local secondhand book shop.
Robert M. Pirsig’s “Lila, an enquiry into morals” and P.J. O’Rouke’s “Peace Kills”.

    • Pirsig lost me in chapter two of his first philosophy book, “Zen and the art of motorcycle maintenance” but P.J. O’Rouke is very funny.

  2. ‘Obama administration working 24/7 to enforce blasphemy laws

This president had the gall to increase the risk to our troops with insane rules of engagement and now turns around and uses them as a bogus rationale for enforcing blasphemy laws. Our troops, who have fought against jihad, are now being held up as the reason we must take care not to offend Muslims.
It is beyond disgusting. Sometimes there really are no adequate words to be found…’

    • Obama was on the green playing Golf and having a bad day of it.

Every other ball he hit sliced off into the rough or a water trap.

Finally his Caddy seeing his frustration told him-“I see the problem, there is a piece of shit on the iron”

Obama holds up the iron, looks it over and says-“Hummm…I don’t see anything on there”

The Caddy said-“I meant the other end”http://falfn.com/CrusaderRabbit/wp-content/plugins/wp-monalisa/icons/wpml_cool.gif

    • Send them all back where they came from, close the camp and end the practice of accepting asylum seekers full stop.

It’s pretty simple, much like closing our southern border, the hard part is getting someone to actually do it.

    • The knives are out, Darin, but they’re butter knives. After all, what the hell can they do about reining in the Boy Wonder at this stage?

      • I dunno, maybe it’s wishful thinking, but I have always thought that if he were taken out,it would be by one of his own tribe. Some lone, liberal nut like the two that managed to jump the WH fence.

Or maybe the word might be given for the media to turn on him full force, what’s the puppet to do once the puppet masters have no more use for the puppet?

  3. Call me a girl but that vehicle in the first page , surrounded by shady guys, looked much like a suppository being prepped up for “business”.

    • Your mind, Mara, can be a bit of a worry sometimes.
Your interpretation never occurred to me, unacquainted as I am with both suppositories and shady guys. Well….suppositories, at least.

  4. Finally got some range time in today, spent about three hours out in near perfect weather.Did a quick 40 round test on my old Mosin carbine. The rifling is about 50% in the bore, but at 75 yrds on iron sights I still managed 4 inch 5 round groups.Think I may just put a muzzle brake on it and call it good.

My AR however has decided to start sticking cases, which has me a bit curious as to why.http://falfn.com/CrusaderRabbit/wp-content/plugins/wp-monalisa/icons/wpml_scratch.gif
Shot another 60 rounds through the Mosin just plinking and found the muzzle blast makes an excellent leaf rake
