I have no problem with any honest citizen carrying a concealed weapon for defensive purposes with or without the sanction of law.
I think most Americans feel the same way. I only wish our cousins in the Anglosphere nations of Britain, Canada, Australia and New Zealand would do the same thing. After all, public officials and the wealthy in these countries hide behind a platoon of well armed security guards and/or police officers.
