Of course not! The Rogues March to the Wall….The blindfold….the last smoke…then “Ready…Aim FIRE!” Finally, the coup d’ grace to the head with a .45 Colt by the commander of the firing squad.

How else will Bergdahl become a Democrat senator/war hero in the tradition of John Kerry,Jack Murtha or Wesley Clark?

Congrats to the Cherry Blossoms, they played their hearts out against a very ordinary, arrogant and badly coached Bok team. It doesn’t help that the politicians “select” the team. Now where is Peter Hains (*spit) when he is needed?

  7. Yokel says:

This is what happens when Mr Plod has control over who has a gun, and who doesn’t:
“Police have banned a marksman from shooting badgers as part of a Government cull – because he was confronted by a notorious animal rights extremist.”
    http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-3241653/Extremists-targets-badger-cull-marksman-police-away-VICTIM-S-job-Decision-means-farm-worker-lose-5-000-earnings.html
Of course the “Animal Rights” mob owe their loyalty to the Left.
“The marksman said he was shocked to learn that his licence had been suspended for ‘my own safety’. He added: ‘I’ve done nothing wrong.'”
“A Gloucestershire Police spokesman said: ‘The decision was made in the interests of everyone’s safety.'”

  8. Yokel says:

Is this an opening shot in a campaign to criminalise the possession of more than £1,000 in cash? Already Mr Plod treats “finds” of more than £1,000 as being “drug money” that is guilty until proven innocent. It would be much more convenient to police all financial transactions from behind a desk, probably using direct access links to all accounts in every bank. Therefore cash is a target for elimination.
The Bank of England has warned that British people are hording up to £3billion in cash, with much of that currency hidden down the back of sofas or squirreled away under a mattress. Embolden is mine.
According to the Bank of England: ‘For such action to be considered rational, those that are hoarding cash must be gaining a non-financial benefit they value greater that the financial returns and physical security offered by a deposit account.’ Hmmm. In MSM territory, irrational = insane. Will those who keep using cash be compelled to undergo psychiatric treatment?

This is an urgent call to all residents of AirstripOne. Will all ex-KGB psychiatrists please report for duty.

  9. Yokel says:

    Just four typical British men?
Four men are arrested ‘after trying to kidnap a girl of 13 with their white van in North Yorkshire’
    http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-3241184/Four-men-arrested-trying-kidnap-girl-13-white-van-North-Yorkshire.html
No, I don’t think so either.

    • The Gantt Guy says:

The van is the perpetrator. It is white. Probably racist.

      • Yokel says:

Given the electronics they put into vans these days, it possibly does have a greater IQ than the “men” who were arrested, and then released on bail.

    • mawm says:

I see they have been released on bail! Tomorrow morning they should be found at the side of a field with their balls stuffed in their mouths. It doesn’t matter whether they are dead or alive.

    • Yokel says:

The sad fact is that some (mostly guilt ridden Lefties) will take it seriously and enter into discussion with Muslim leaders.

The rest of us would probably get a criminal conviction for laughing in the petitioners’ faces.

  11. Ronbo says:

I think Donald Trump has jumped the shark in regards to the Tea Party Republicans by saying CNN yesterday:

Donald Trump on Saturday responded to a question from CNN about whether Muslims pose a danger to the country, saying: “I love the Muslims. I think they’re great people.”…

One student told Trump that she considered Muslim-Americans to be an important segment of the country. They asked whether the billionaire businessman would consider putting a Muslim in his Cabinet or on his ticket.

“Oh, absolutely,” Trump responded. “No problem with that.”

    • Pascal says:

My view of being wary of Trump continues to pan out. And the secret to my Nostradamusian ability is simple. My first criteria is “how much time does the SSM grant blank to speak” and I’ll know whose not working for me but on me.

And in this instance they gave him airtime enough to convince you.

      • Wombat says:

Interesting theory. That said I don’t know if it holds true in this case.

The MSM did their best to ignore Trump, waiting with bated breath for screwups which they pounced on like a pack of barbary apes.

I suspect that they’re now reconciling with the fact that ignoring the frontrunner would be too obviously bizarre so they’re dumping attention on him hoping to force more errors.

Regardless, Trump was never meant to be a white-knight conservative. As stated before, he’s the GFY candidate and he’s still the number one choice in that regard.

  12. The Gantt Guy says:

So, in the spirit of GFY, I see the UN has made Saudi Arabia (a country whose beheading rate ISIS can only dream about) the Head of the … Human Rights Council.

Tell me again why civilised nations remain a part of this corrupt edifice?

    • Pascal says:

“Tell me again why civilised nations remain a part of this corrupt edifice?”

Better to reconsider the meanings of some words.

For instance, one of the markers of civilized living is sophisticated taste. Yet one the earliest meanings of sophisticated is as a pejorative: Adulterated; not genuine. (Given its shared root with sophistry, why would anyone be surprised?)

Colonel, this is highly likely why all advanced civilizations have ended with a death spiral thing. They got so sophisticated in their views that they ate away the very foundations that allowed them to advance. And this all provides a welcome backdrop for the Sustainability nuts who welcome the savages for the very thing they are most useful — delivering death without instruction from them.

      • The Gantt Guy says:

Or put another way, the water speeds up as it gets closer to the drain.

        • Pascal says:

Yes. And its propelled by those at the top who think the efforts are raising us to the pinnacle. (Like all things Prog, the actions are the opposite of whatever is on their label.)

Remember Forbidden Planet with its monsters from the id? The consequence of the Krell educating their young with the brain booster.

Has our equivalent been in providing our most promising youths an Ivy League education? It seems we are confronted by similar consequences.

      • The Gantt Guy says:

I wonder if Mr Bolt needs a dictionary, to look up the definition of “Libertarian”?

Or is he perhaps just trying to use soothing words to soften the rage Liberal Party members have right now at the man (and his cadre of traitors) who assassinated their elected leader? In the interests of party unity, or some other such nonsense?

It’s good she’s moving now – so long before the first Primary. She can peak, then sink. At this stage last time, Perry was leading by a country mile.

I think her handlers have mis-timed her run because her history is so utterly awful she won’t survive a vetting. I guess the timing of the debates forced their hand – and make no mistake, with the assists she got from CNN, she did excel in that food fight.

Just for fun I stopped in at the local Chevy dealer the other day and took a look at the new 2016 2500 trucks. The salesman offered a test drive,so we jumped in the truck and took off.
As I was driving he was telling me about all the cool new features the truck had.He said the seats would blow cold air underneath in the summer and warm air underneath in the winter.About that time I noticed he had an NDP pin on his jacket so I told him the truck must be conservative.

He asked me how I figured that,so I told him simple-“If it was a Democrat truck only thing it would do is blow smoke up my arse year round…………..first time I ever had to walk back from a test drive

Second I wouldn’t waste my time building a digital clock and third even if I did it wouldn’t be built in a briefcase,I think this was nothing more than a dry hump to condition the media and shame the public into excusing this sort of behavior.
