Everyone informs on everyone’s citizens but their own.
When the evidence could have been conceivably come across by other means the feds “backwalk” the info for the local yokels who claim to have found themselves in the right place at the right time.
And it dawns on people that those millions of laws and regulations they ignored as “unenforceable” suddenly form a net through which no man may slip without permission.
