What’s the difference between death by fire or water?

The death by fire is quicker, but just as painful as slowly drowning to death.

Even socialist Labour under Dear Leader Clark, didn’t cozy up to the faux-natives the way socialist National have.

Apart from that, I confess to be perplexed.

The article says New Zealand’s rulers want to have a “low emissions economy”. They then say more than half of the “emissions” come from agriculture, and the fix is (1) buy indulgences from the priesthood, (2) make cuts in the “transport sector” (make it harder for producers to get goods to market and for people to move around) and (3) encourage electric vehicle uptake.

I’m not sure of the link between the two, but then I guess I may have gone in on the assumption this whole programme was about something other than complete government control of society.
