‘War Crimes of Imperial Japan: A Lesson In Moral Equivalence for Mr. Obama
In his speech referencing “evil” at Hiroshima today, President Obama somehow forgot to mention the evils perpetrated by Imperial Japan or the unspeakable suffering it inflicted upon POWs and civilians who fell into its clutches. Let’s correct that oversight, to help the President understand why moral equivalence is the dim refuge of lazy minds, and equating American troops with the Axis forces they defeated is an outrage….’

Obama’s snivelling moral lectures have gotten real old, real quick. The adoring clowns who voted for him have a hell of a lot to answer for.

Another thing many people don’t know,is that we had two more bombs built and ready to be delivered if Japan hadn’t capitulated. We would have dropped them and rightfully so,that empire had to come to an end.

The Jap defeat and destruction in WW II became inevitable when they attacked the industrial super power of the United States, as victory in modern warfare goes to the nation with the most resources, manpower and industrial base.

This should have been apparent to any Jap who could read and understand the production figures from the USA vs. Japan.

However, the Japs believed their own propaganda and this doomed them to defeat.

My uncle Ray on my mother’s side – a former U.S. Marine – fought the Nips in the Pacific for three years starting out in 1942 at Guadalcanal and ending up on Okinawa in 1945 were he was wounded the second day of the battle. Uncle Ray made First Sergeant and came home with a chest full of medals.

My mother and his wife Nellie were walking down the main street of Huntington, West Virginia on a Saturday shopping trip shortly after Ray came home, and this Asian guy stepped out in front of them leaving a movie. Ray launched and jumped the innocent man – while mom and aunt tried to pull him off. They said later that Ray would have likely killed the guy if they hadn’t been there to stop the almost massacre.

When the dust settled they found out Ray had attacked a respectable and patriotic Chinese-American doctor who had two sons in the U.S. military, and hated the Japs as much as Ray did because they murdered members of his family in China. This incident happened in the fall of 1945.

Anyhow, Ray was sent off for a six month stay at the Veterans’ Hospital at the insistence of the local cops and recovered in time from what was called then, “shell shock.”

However, he never forgot or forgave the Japs and would never buy anything that had “Made In Japan stamped on it.
