The courts are contradicting themselves. You are the ‘guardian’ of the child, if there are two of you. You are the ‘custodian’ if one of you. So it doesn’t look like they are enforcing their own principles, laws or terms, but have contradicted them.
I say this, cause with CYF (used to be called that) if you don’t look after your child, you are simply guardian of the child and if you don’t perform, someone else will.
Now we see these people make laws that do the opposite of protect. That’s the point I’m trying to get at.
By the way ‘Terry Wallbank-the conservative’ is now back in business for those who are interested.
