And for starters, (prompted in part by a discussion below about wind “farms” in NZ) I hate developers with a passion. They screw up everything they touch and especially along coastlines they destroy the very things which attract holidaymakers to them in the first place. Ever notice how so many of their developments are named after the things they’re about to destroy? “Whispering Pines” and “Broad Acres” etc. Effing vandals.
