Kiwis: fed on grovelling, dishonest crap.

This, from the NZ Stuff’s business page:
‘After more than 200 years of contact with Europeans, just being Maori has become a study in sustainability: Sustaining a population, sustaining property rights, sustaining a language and sustaining a culture.
……Aside from the academic, social and political leaps forward experienced by Maori particularly since the 1950s, the successes of Maori economic enterprises are rarely acknowledged…’
Bullshit and spin. Sustainability?  They’re sustained by European taxpayer’s largesse. They never understood sustainability in any case, despite all the propaganda to the contrary–which is why they wiped out so many species. And why they continue to rape and pillage fisheries. (almost always, those caught taking huge, illegal hauls of undersize shellfish are maori). As for ‘property rights’–that’s brown rights to European Kiwi property, I assume. Something they’re very good at exercising…
“Sustaining a language”? Bawwaahaha! That’d be the written language compiled for them by Europeans, because they never had the means or the desire to do it themselves. And that same language is rammed down Kiwi’s throats at every turn by means of bilingual signs and documents–funded again by the taxpayer, not by maori “businesses” or Iwi.
“the successes of Maori economic enterprises are rarely acknowledged”…perhaps that’s because they were mostly set up with money ripped off the taxpayers–and given special tax breaks?
Kiwis who are aware of this propaganda, and who may object to it are too cowed to speak up or so brainwashed they regard it as normal.

Mate you read my mind. You’ve seen it in the dead-tree press, you should try it first-hand! It’s gotten so much worse in the 2 years since I was last here (for anything more than a flying visit) and in many respects I can’t wait to board the plane back to Melbourne this afternoon!

    • KG says:

It’s only a year since we were there, Gantt and everything I’ve read since tells me we won’t be going back. The rate of decay, the descent into collectivism and cultural marxism has accelerated under the Nats.

      • The Gantt Guy says:

Yes it has. It was bad enough a couple of years ago, but is a lot worse now. A country that once had so much promise has been destroyed by decades of (as you said) collectivism and cultural Marxism. If anyone wanted to see Gramsci’s plan executed to perfection, they would be hard-pressed to look further than my homeland.

  2. WAKE UP says:

As ever, a Maori success is a MAORI SUCCESS, but a Maori failure is OUR PROBLEM.

  3. WAKE UP says:

    “Sustaining a language”

Most of the new “Maori” words are just Maorified versions of existing English words, for things that didn’t exist in Maori culture in the first place.

    • The Gantt Guy says:

Nope you’ve got it wrong again you racist. Most of the English words that sound like Maori ones were stolen by the colonists from the peace-loving, environmentally friendly natives in the first place. Please get your revised history correct!

      • Kris K says:

Dead right, Gantt – everyone knows Maori invented the “motoka”. The Japanese only manufacture them under license to Maori.

PS And we all know the Maori word for “car aerial” is “kotanga”. In fact some “motokas” have electrified “kotangas”. Sadly, the upmarket versions which come out with these are well beyond the affordability of most average Kiwis. One can but dream

  4. Richard says:

Maori tribalists really do believe this fantasy about themselves despite no evidence to support this, and despite overwhelming evidence to suggest the contrary. If they were any smarter, they could emulate the song and dance routine of King Louie of the Apes in The Jungle Book (1967).

  5. dondiego says:

It’s whiteys fault. It’s whiteys fault there are more maori living (longer) fulfilled imaginative lives in Australia than there were in N.Z when said whitey first fixed the place.
    (Gimme back ma munny!!)

    • WAKE UP says:

Now they’re complaining about the proposal to raise the retirement age to 67, on the grounds that Maori men die earlier than other ethnicities – from smoking-related diseases.

If i see or hear ONE more huka ,i’m gonna burst a fucken vessle , (probably in my neck , as that has the most blood running through it at any given time).
Also the Queens English vowels goes like a-e-i-o-u , not the other way around in this pollitically correct version made up by some idiot edwardian progressive educator ,
    ah-eh-ih-owh-uooo bullshit!

    • Flashman says:

      With you there.

Haka = motivation enough to feel like ripping out one’s brain and throwing it at the wall to make it stop.

  7. KG says:

    well said!

  8. Flashman says:

Any culture that is not evolving and developing is fossilising. Attempts to “preserve” a culture by using practices and reference points artfully and selectively drawn from such dubious and unreliable sources as oral history and ‘tribal elders’ halts this evolution and development process – or distorts it in ways calculated to promote self-interests.

Revealed Maori “culture” is petrified Precambrian.

  9. Sally says:

Very scary when one reads about Greece.

“Much of Greece’s debt troubles can be traced back to reparations for the tragedies associated with those two wars. There are strong senses of entitlement, retribution and redistribution that have taken Greece down this path of excess debt for the last 30 years. The political culture of redistribution that came with freedom in the 1980s, morphed into a culture of unsustainable state entitlement.”

New Zealand will go down the tube for many of the same reasons as Greece.
