   heh. I’m listening to Leighton on NewstalkZB while I wait for the airport shuttle, and he just had this woman on. These council nazis, who nobody ever voted for, have trampled all over this woman’s mistaken belief that because she purchased the land, purchased the house, had it transported from Epsom to Kaipara, sited, stabilised, plumbed etc. that she owns it!

   I note Pravda also very careful to point out that this home-owning POS is an AUSTRALIAN interior designer. So that must make it OK to attack her?

   Hmmm, what would the council cretins do if she simply ignored them? Put the house on a truck and haul it away or pay painters to recolour it compulsorily? If I were her, I’d tell them to get stuffed. Nicely, of course.

   …but typical of council drones everywhere; they’ve not woken up to the fact that aunty helen has gone. They still haven’t disengaged that neutral, non thinking gear that labor hard wired to their (lack of) drive shafts. Perhaps we should all volunteer to go and paint the council building “brite white” – you know, as a gesture of good faith, no hard feelings and as a signal that it’s time to surrender to reality.

   Council plans and their prissy little planners are actually responsible for social disruption. They induce hardship, stress, financial loss, and marital breakup amongst a raft of other maladies. People who start with reasonable expectations and a compliant attitude have their lives turned upside down by these malcontent wretches.
   Council produces nothing. It is paid to look after the interests of the rate payers. It has gone on a sad course, akin to cancer of the ratepayers. It imagines it is there to serve the interests of sustainability [whatever that is defined as] or whichever current ideology that doesn’t like humanity. It can’t live without being a parasite organism and yet it kills it’s host.

   They are a pain in the arse.
