This is a poll in a major Brit newspaper. Given there are no downsides to posting armed guards at schools, the thought processes of the majority “no” voters are a mystery. Any theories?

are apparently only carried out by white people. Somali and Afghan youths never do it, Lebanese muslims never do it, Indians never do it.  We know that’s true, because the media never mention it. They certainly never describe attacks by those people as “horror racial attacks”. Even when they involve a damn sight more than a slap in the face.

I just fired up a DVD (The Dark Knight Rises) and the anti-piracy message included a Homeland Security “Special Agent” badge, threatening all kinds of penalties for copying the DVD! What the hell…copying a DVD is now terrorism?? These bastards are now what they were always intended to become–capitalism’s version of the effing KGB.
