The left’s war on the military, on our culture and on masculine values.

All in one place:
‘Australia to crack down on macho military culture’
The business of the military is to wage war. To engage and kill the enemy, to break things and to win. Not a job for sensitive petals, in other words.
It’s not some kind of girly effing babysitting service for inadequate women who can’t cut it.
Update: As for the “775 sexual assaults” claim…that figure is for the number of allegations since 1951!
Dishonest bastards.

  1. kowtow says:

These people are bent on the destruction of what may be the last bastion of tradition in the Commonwealth.Unbelievable.

  2. KG says:

There is nothing that women can bring to the military that would improve it’s effectiveness. Nothing.
And a great deal they can bring which will sow discord and friction.
If they want a work for the dole scheme, they’d be better off sticking to those things which women do better than men–both of them.

  3. Andrei says:

Military chiefs will now be ordered to “reinforce the importance of gender diversity”, push women into senior decision-making bodies, create a new focus on identifying and developing women for leadership roles, and establish a maternity leave pool.

We are being invaded but half our soldiers are nursing infants so are not available to meet the enemy.

These people are truly fucked in the head

    • Darin says:

You mean half our female soldiers are nursing infants and the other half are busy getting knocked(excuse me “raped”)so they can take the easy out and avoid actual combat.

  4. KG says:

Yep. What these women don’t realise is, they’re the useful idiots of the marxists who want to destroy our traditions and our institutions.
Instead of them having to adapt to an institution that’s worked very well for centuries, they demand that the institution adapt to suit them. Which is madness.

  5. KG says:

Well, that’s exactly right, isn’t it? Their ideas don’t have to stand the test of real-world action. When and if they do, they’ll do the usual lefty thing and just double down on the mistake and blame everything else for the failure.

  6. The Gantt Guy says:

KG, you know I know absolutely very little about this topic (apart from being a huge fan of fillims like Midway) but it strikes me,if you’ll excuse me, that the job of the military is not, these day, “to wage war, to engage and kill the enemy, to break things and to win”. These days, and particularly since the usual suspects started crying about an “exit strategy” a full 3.5 minutes after the Coalition of the Willing went into Iraq, it strike me the job ofnthe military is to win here’s nd minds, to nation build nd, untimely, to lose.

    • Exactly, it amuses me when i see these various leftie groups pushing their ideology into the military. I don’t know why they even bother because at the end of the day what wars exactly are these half wits willing to engage in.

The other thing is that even if this gaggle of whining snitches can get together and agree on a bloody war to engage in, we don’t have the money or the means do to it. The reality is that most of the west doesn’t have the will, the money or even the means to engage in any war.

  7. KG says:

And it’s not working, is it? Apart from the losing bit, that is.
Seriously, I don’t believe the object is to wage war any more. More like give the public a charade, a show, while the real work of constructing a U.N.- led Brave New World carries on.

    • The Gantt Guy says:

The saddest part is the number of brave men (and yes, women) giving their lives in service of the charade.

  8. KG says:

The left has so undermined the West’s cultural confidence, I very much doubt our “leaders” would do what’s necessary even in the event of a nuclear attack.

  9. KG says:

‘Avatar’ By Richard Fernandez. New post at Belmont Club, and it nails the “progressives” perfectly.

  12. Elijah says:

I am reminded of something that I once read about Big L liberalism. Being a liberal consists in refusing to acknowledge patterns, so that you can maintain a bizarro version of reality.

    • KG says:

It fits, Elijah. And it’s utterly baffling. Much more like a religion than a coherent ideology.

  13. Rufus says:

    It gets worse…

  14. KG says:

    Words fail.

  15. KG says:

I never thought I’d say this, but maybe we need a catastrophic upheaval to sort this shit out once and for all.

    • If the west carries on the way it is with our armies holding hands, sharing feelings and going for diversity classes, the gangsters of this world will see us for the ‘soft, fat juicy plums ready for plucking’ that we are. It certainly will be a very sobering upheaval for many of us.

  16. Diamond Mair says:

What is/are the Aussie Defence Forces attitudes re: gays/lesbians? Ignore them, a ‘don’t ask/don’t tell’, or allowed to serve openly? Reason I ask is, I’ve known some lesbians who make MUCH better commanders when the sh#t hits the fan than some of our “perfumed princes of the Pentagon” {ie, ‘metrosexual’ male officers}. I’m not arguing y’alls overall points, just thinking a little further down the line …………………………………

    Read Neil Asher.
    The Owner Trilogy.
    The Departure
    Zero Point
    Jupiter War

Just finished “The Departure” whilst breaking in horses at Mount White for the week. Really enjoyed it …. couldn’t put it down.

Asher gets where we are going and has revamped Orwell’s 1984.
Freedom is out and death camps are in!

    Read it and crap yourselves.
    LOL!

  18. Dallas says:

Kindergarten logic has taught our elites that even DEFENSE is morally bankrupt, and these elites are our own fifth columns who are eating away at our will to defend ourselves through self-hatred of our own society.

Soldiers are NOT social workers, and when the real enemies show up at our gates we will not have the luxury of time to mobilize an apathetic population.

  19. Scumsucker says:

Rudyard Kipling could have told us:

    I went into a public-’ouse to get a pint o’ beer,
The publican ‘e up an’ sez, “We serve no red-coats here.”
The girls be’ind the bar they laughed an’ giggled fit to die,
I outs into the street again an’ to myself sez I:

    O it’s Tommy this, an’ Tommy that, an’ “Tommy, go away”;
But it’s “Thank you, Mister Atkins”, when the band begins to play,,,

Yes, makin’ mock o’ uniforms that guard you while you sleep
    Is cheaper than them uniforms, an’ they’re starvation cheap;
An’ hustlin’ drunken soldiers when they’re goin’ large a bit
Is five times better business than paradin’ in full kit.

Then it’s Tommy this, an’ Tommy that, an’ “Tommy, ‘ow’s yer soul?”
But it’s “Thin red line of ‘eroes” when the drums begin to roll,
The drums begin to roll, my boys, the drums begin to roll,
O it’s “Thin red line of ‘eroes” when the drums begin to roll.

We aren’t no thin red ‘eroes, nor we aren’t no blackguards too,
    But single men in barricks, most remarkable like you;
An’ if sometimes our conduck isn’t all your fancy paints,
    Why, single men in barricks don’t grow into plaster saints;

  20. jonno1 says:

Bit irrelevant to the topic, but when my wife was a teenager in Bermuda she was an excellent shot with a .303. Her club used to compete at target shooting with the US Marines posted there. Most times she could beat the pants off the Marines – they were not amused.

Her father, an armourer in WWII, being in his 40s belonged to the “oldies” group. They also would compete with the Marines whereby you ran & shot, ran & shot (not sure what that form of competition this is called) with the score being a combination of speed and accuracy. You know what’s coming – the Marines would run like hell, lie down shaking and shoot like girls [well, girls other than my wife] while the oldies trotted up, took aim, perfect score, carried on to the next point, etc. Once again, the locals generally beat the Marines.

  21. mara says:

You chaps sound pretty much like my dear old dad who, when finding that the chief pilot on the aeroplane was female, started reciting that Psalm that goes “From dust thou came, and from dust thou shalt return.” We had many a fiery debate about this er, type of thing.

    • KG says:

My position concerning women in the military is pretty simple, Mara:
In support roles, fine. No problem, they’ve done that for a long time and it’s been largely uncontroversial and a valuable contribution.
In combat units, no. No way. Not ever. There is nothing they can bring to a combat unit that’s worth the complications.

    • WAKE UP says:

Men fight. Women are what they fight for – and if the wimmen keep interfering with that, the men eventually won’t fight, and it’ll serve the silly bitches right.

  22. mara says:

KG. In the main, and since one has to draw a rational line in the sand, I’d agree with you. I’ve known a couple of women in my time who would equal among the best men on any front line and who would be gender neutral (no required complications) with it. The problem is that there are so few females with this capacity and that feminists in general are totally unrealistic in their demands for full inclusion. They just refuse to get it and thus alienate those with clearer heads who must see the bigger picture. However in these days of so called gender equality, I fear the wimmin will prevail. Interesting times indeed.

    • KG says:

I agree they will prevail, Mara. And the question is of course much bigger than simply whether women are the equal of men in battle. That may ultimately be the least important aspect of this.
The real problem, as I see it, is twofold. As women get more influence in the military, standards drop in order to accommodate them. And as they fill more of the higher ranks they are in a position to alter the military’s culture to align it more with feminine values. And those values are antithetical to a warrior culture.

    • Andrei says:

It’s the overlapping bell curves Mara – the percentage of women suitable for the infantry say is much much smaller than the percentage of men.

But the real problem is cultural – men are wired to bond and work with other men in a particular way which does not translate to men and women.

I have witnessed this first hand how male culture is disrupted when a woman is introduced and it actually goes vice versa.

We are built the way we are male or female for a purpose and if there wasn’t an underlying purpose God or Evolution (take your pick) would have made us hermaphrodites

  23. mara says:

So the POTUS is actually a woman in drag then? Must be. Hope not, but it would explain much of what passes for current American foreign policy. ;-)

    • WAKE UP says:

Maybe he’ll come out under Hillary’s “gays for Africa, Africa for gays” policy.

  24. WAKE UP says:

Men fight. Women are what they fight for – and if the wimmen (of both sexes) keep interfering with that paradigm, the men eventually won’t fight, and it’ll serve the silly bitches right.

  25. dondiego says:

These clowns hate white men so much- yet none of them will just piss off to Cambodia or Cuba or wherever.
A segregated unit(s) of low-quality women cannon fodder has my blessing. However very few of them will pass competency.

Affirmative Action ALWAYS leads to Joe Whitebread wearing it! As the posts title clearly states- this is but another internal attack.
