Your local council may be your worst enemy, a front for the U.N.:
‘The war against U.N. Agenda 21 just got hotter in Virginia. Thinking Americans understand now what U.N. Agenda 21 is and are not backing down from fighting the anti-American, anti-prosperity, wealth redistribution scheme of the United Nations against our way of life. The U.N. has deemed commercial agriculture unsustainable and has used taxpayer dollars and local supervisors to re-zone, re-shape, and prohibit land use for local agriculture or building that is not approved by their bio-diversity plan…’

    The conversation with Ted Cruz is pretty interesting too. Cruz is a new Tea Party guy and one of the few Republicans who gets it. Quite interesting discussion about the “Washington Monument” strategy.

    Where the Dept of the Interior when asked to cut 1% from its budget identifies the maintenance of the Washington Monument as where these cuts will have to be made, as they know this will have maximum negative impact.

    So does the Obama admin threaten to stop paying the troops if the Repubs block budget negotiations.

    Sorry Republicans under Boehner let them get away with this kind of crap.

    The Dept of the Interior strategy is typical of leftist bureaucrats everywhere, and why I keep hammering the point that the war isn’t only against politicians. Bureaucrats represent a greater threat to our freedoms.

    He’s dead right about the lack of an articulate atatck from the Republicans. Same as the NAts here. They’re just so fucking tame, and have so little counter argument they may as well be in Labour (or the Democrats). And abbot’s crowd aren’t much better either.

    Michael Savage has moved off our local talk. On Sunday nights several talkers come on. One of them repeats his opening sentence on each subject at least three times – boring.

    I’ve pretty much given up on talk radio. Not because of anything special, just already know in my heart that the train is off the rails. Not depressed or hopeless either. My greatgrandmother wrote after her husband’s longlife and death in 1920 that she was “waiting, waiting, waiting…” She died in 1923.

    In the midst of this mayhem we are all waiting. For now will the weatherman please send us some warm weather around here? damn I’m freezing.
