While I agree with your wish, I have to tell you there is more about this lady that you would not approve of were it not buried by all the derangement syndrome of the virulent Left. For instance, for starters, I wish she had told John McCain on more than one occasion “go f yourself.” That’s not gonna happen in this life I fear.

    • Ronbo says:

Five years ago the Left set out to destroy Sarah Palin…

They failed BIG TIME :!:

      • Pascal says:

You are right on that score Ron. She’s become quite wealthy due to her being their target.

Funny thing too. She’s made enough even to imagine she could have gathered donations to pay to fight the bogus political charges that nevertheless drove her from her office.

I wrote a blog post just days after the first attacks on her (some form the SKUNCs.

        A Palin’ Reactions
I know there are those who want to know what I think about the most recent political developments. Well, I’m still biden’ my time about what pascal fervor has to say about the reactions.

On a human note: I worry for Sarah almost as much as I worry for our republic. Both should be able to take care of themselves except, well, except for the imminent presence of those who are not as they appear. Come back soon and I’ll expound. ” – sept 4 2008

I did, but nobody gave a shit. And we are in ever deeper shit. Sarah is a stand in for all of us on the Right. But she has hers now and we have less. It seems that I understand Orwell like nobody else. It must be me that’s nuts.

    • KG says:

Oh, I don’t believe she’s perfect by any means, Pascal. But if we wait for perfection in a candidate we’ll be waiting forever.
She’s a conservative and she’s a fighter. Those two things alone place her head and shoulders above most Republicans in office.

      • I agree w/ you KG–
        C-CS

      • Pascal says:

I’m a conservative on many scores KG, but mostly based on principles. There are some aspects of conservativism just as there are some of republicanism that permits the non-principled to hide out under the labels. Hence I work hard at trying to get our side (the anti-Statist side) to forget the old labels and come up with new ones. It is a task for which I am sadly under-skilled or I would have been far more effective than I’ve been. Whether or not we watch or read the Soviet style media, most of our language has been corrupted by them. Our forces are too divided to counter it.

I thank you for this opportunity to comment on my concerns. I only wish there was a way I could be more convincing and also not be misunderstood.

        • Ronbo says:

By gosh, by golly – Someone out there is reading to ole Ronbo’s blog because I made this suggest several times over the last years. ;-)

          http://cnsnews.com/blog/gregory-gwyn-williams-jr/radio-host-lead-armed-march-dc-july-4th-put-govt-notice-we-wont-be

An ARMED march on the Dragon :!:

I doubt it will come off as scheduled on July 4, 2013 – I don’t think events have moved that REVOLUTIONARY yet…

But just the fact that someone is calling for such an armed march by patriots should raise the temperature in Ye Olde Tea Pot.

          • Ronbo says:

            @Pascal:

I’m glad Sarah Palin has become wealthy – her security detail must cost her an arm and a leg, as there are many loony tune Leftists out there stalking her and her family, as I type these lines with guns in their hands and murder in their eyes.

I think the irrational Leftist hatred for Palin didn’t hit home for me until I attended a play at the Children’s Theater in Missoula, Montana (Of all places!) and the director added lines to the event that called for her beheading!

The director should have been arrested by the U.S. Secret Service for making a death threat against a vice presidential candidate, but the SS did absolutely NOTHING:

            http://ethicsalarms.com/2011/02/02/frivolous-complaint-of-the-month-ronald-barbour/

…even after I send a registered letter to the U.S. Attorney for Montana and the Secret Service agent stationed in Missoula demanding action be taken:!:

My efforts were denounced by the Left Turd in the article linked above as “frivolous complaint.”

            • Pascal says:

In my analysis in where I may have been the first to call it PDS — Palin Derangement Syndrome — was the prediction that it would grow to be much worse than the Bush variety.

Wanna know how they could ignore your complaint about that threat to Palin? Hell, the same way they got away with making a movie where they actually assassinate the sitting G W Bush and nobody ever got a visit from the SS.

How did we get here Ron?

Do you remember how Don Rickles came to be a hit? Sitting on the couch calling Johnny Carson a hockey puck, and Carson just laughing up a storm. It was a phoney laugh in that he’d not quite gotten used to it. In fact, I think the pols today are taking drugs to help them stay calm as you and I call them things far worse than that.

After that came the Dean Martin celebrity roasts. Something like that happens regularly now in DC. The ruling class has built up its callousness. That helps them say the most stupid things far outstripping any false not a conservative may say with full confidence they won’t be called to account by the media. The shamelessness will continue.

Do you recall the comedy Victor Victoria? Let me recap just a bit. It was very funny — and then came the ending. It was ALL phoney. Blake Edwards directed the characters to laugh as Robert Preston deliberately bad imitation of Julie Andrews’ Victor. It was all part of the politics of the situation. Nancy Pelosi asking “are you serious?” to the reporter who asked about constitutionality whilst nobody else followed up was akin to such staging. The Soviet Style media is into everything. How come?

So few people understand Statism is why that answer seems not to be understood. It is defined as a government with the complete control of every financial detail that affects individuals. A politburo can do such things and do it without any elaborate conspiracy other than the natural collaboration of those working out policies.

I recommend the current movie “Salmon Fishing in the Yemen” for how individuals are made to knuckle under to the higher authorities. Money and careers are on the line. It also shows how the global warming crap got so deep. When scientist are leaned on, they rarely have been trained to protect themselves against establishment feigned consensus in order to be courageous — for instance like Galileo was. The few who have been and have the public’s ear (like Michael Crichton) are greeted with mockery, and the rest are ignored wholesale and referred to as tools of the oil companies (without evidence and usually just the opposite.)

If Sarah Palin wasn’t there, there would be someone else. Why? Because the Statist don’t want real opposition. They help build up one that will take the true opposition nowhere except to placationville. They LIKE Sarah Palin just as Johnny Carson could like being called a hockey puck. If it helps them keep the opposition outraged and not actively fighting them they are happy.

Sarah says most of the things I like to hear. But I am so full up hearing words that it took this post of KG’s to fire me up to write out this rant. We need to see a new leader arise, not one our enemies helped create (counting on us behaving chivalrously towards the pretty lady.)

We need someone with a plan to divide the Statists that I believe only needs to be a tenth as good as the Statists’ plans have kept us divided. But I am at a loss as to how that can be achieved outside of a very long period of world enslavement and worse, or Divine intervention.

It will never happen if we constantly rise to the bait that puts on constantly on the defensive. Like feeling the need to defend Palin rather than having may effective counteroffensives.

        • KG says:

Pascal, I agree with you on so many things, but part of the problem is that there are so many ways of interpreting what we’re watching unfold and so many directions in which that unfolding could take us.
It’s ultimately unknowable–one thing I’m sure about is that things will develop in totally unexpected ways.
Each of us views the world through the prism of our own history and experiences, and since we’re not looking at the same world we each expect (and/or hope for) different outcomes.
The important thing to remember is that we’re all on the same side.

          • Robertvdl says:

“progressive” small step by small step. Big steps would wake up ‘We The People’. When the truck stops in front of your house to bring you and your family to a nice holiday centre it should be a government surprise party.

      • RWT says:

The other thing is the left despise her with every fibre of their beings, their true misogyny on display.

Unfortunately enough Americans are stupid enough to believe the leftist scum.

        • Ronbo says:

          @Pascal:

Yes, I have said many times here and on my blog that we should attack, attack, ALWAYS ATTACK! the Left.

For example, my letters to the U.S. Attorney and the SS on their failure to arrest the guy making threats against Sarah Palin – and making noise that that I was coming after them if they didn’t arrest him – is a case in point.

If I could been joined by a couple dozen patriot bloggers, Curt Olds still would not have been arrested for his Palin death threats by beheading, but we could have raised a big stink.

Speaking of Bush death threats ignored by the SS, I have documented this sorry affair at these links:

          http://thesecretservicejournal.blogspot.com/2011/01/catalog-of-threats-ignored-us-secret.html

It is clear that the U.S. Secret Service is a willing tool of treason in America.

My conclusion is that nothing will change until patriots take the field in a violent armed revolution and then conduct a brutal purge of Leftists from all aspects of American life.

Like the Tories of the First Revolution these dangerous parasites must be driven out of the country, or executed for treason.

thor, she’s hot, she’s Conservative to the core, she drives the prog media mental and she’s into big guns. And those pants, well … the only other better shot I’ve seen is the short shorts she wears for running.

You’d have to be gay to *not* want to go a few rounds, and I reckon there’s a fair few poofs who would switch teams for the chance as well.

      Gotta Luv the Guv!

  4. Darin says:

Here is the biggest reason I would vote for Palin-

Both her and her husband and their parents are working class people who worked real jobs before going into politics. They are among the very few that have and they have by result the pulse of the productive class.

    If you want a limp wristed,curtain hanging,golf playing,closet homosexual,muslim, coke addict,lawyer then vote democrat/rino.

If you work for a living, believe in a power greater than yourself, want to keep some of what you produce and practice self-reliance as a virtue then vote for Palin when the time comes and I believe it will.

    • Ronbo says:

      @Darin:

Palin is in the top ten to win the GOP nomination in 2016, and could be America’s Iron Lady if elected…

On the other hand, Obama may be El Supremo by then and order Palin Droned…
