Speechwriters know no shame these days. They make great claims to issue forth from the mouth of our great leader, yet know nowt about the leader’s actual record. Cameron is the innocent party here, he believes nothing he himself says. Why should he bother thinking before speaking?
Hanging him would encourage the others to think before speaking.
