You’re only racist if you mention it, not if you hide it.
There can be no doubt that the majority of people of African descent are intellectually challenged. The fact that some succeed and do very well points to the failure of their parents and their community to address this problem. Generational welfare dependence, the lure of street gangs, hip hop culture, victimhood and sheer bone idleness is responsible for this.
